I built a smart form using Fluent Forms on WordPress. Conditional logic reads each answer as it comes in. Specialty responses trigger a custom quote path. That path invites the applicant to a formal consultation. Every submission ends with a downloadable PDF summary.
This removed the guesswork for the internal team. No more manual sorting. No more missed specialty cases.
