We accept different payments options like paypal, stripe, ATH mobile. But eventually we will implement a invoice to pay and make the monthly payment automatic. For the moment I am not accepting credit cards.
If you cancel before the next pay cycle then you don’t need to pay any extra fee. Even if you cancel midway a cycle I will still wrap up with the tasks and initiatives left undone.

[Online Meetings] Through Google Hangouts or Zoom (or a tool the client prefers).
[Casual Direct Messages] through Google Chat, Discord or Slack channels (or a tool the client prefers).
Refrain from [Calls]. Unless it is emergency and notify the call through the other mediums first, for me to be aware and pick-up. Emergency examples: Website not appearing in Google, Website design broken, Marketing tool that needs to be active all the time stopped working.
There could be additional payments that could result of the implementation of other tools and long-term services. But none would go above $1,000 yearly. Examples could be hosting, domains, plugins, marketing software, other.
Websites I mostly work on are WordPress.
I do not build a website coding myself HTML.
For Inbound Marketing I do prefer access to CMS to work on the content myself. Otherwise I am not opposed to making the content on a document and handed so that they upload it to the CMS.
I can do SEO for other websites, as long as I have direct contact with the website developers to make the adjustments themselves.
My approach to working is by stablishing overarching goals for a quarter. Followed closely by KPIs to track progress. Then work on the strategy and planning.
So that I can execute with my own SOPs, depending on the package tier that the client invested in. Finally Monitor and analyze the effectiveness so that I can optimize the next quarter strategies.
Ideally from 7-10 clients at a time. It also depends on the package that the clients buy and the services is asking for. The more premium the package the more time is dedicated to that client.
