Approach
I managed updates, security patches, plugin conflicts, and client-requested changes across a portfolio of over 150 active WordPress sites on a structured schedule. Prioritization, documentation, and batch workflows kept the work consistent and prevented issues from stacking up.
Result
Over 150 sites stayed secure, updated, and functional across an extended period of active management. No client experienced a major unresolved outage during the engagement. The systems built for this work reduced time per site and increased the number of sites manageable without adding team members.
